Travel tips from traveling on a Medical Medium diet and lifestyle
How did I get here? Well, back in 2016, I hit my head on a cabinet and got a concussion. After six months with no prospect of resuming my work, I discovered Anthoy's first book: Medical Medium. Without hesitation, I went straight from my standard diet (meat, egg, dairy, gluten, etc.) to the 28-Day Cleanse, which is 28 days of only eating raw fruits, veggies, lettuces, and herbs. When the cleanse was over I was ready to resume my work. As you can imagine, I was a Medical Medium fan!
Subsequently, I excluded Medical Medium no-foods little by little, and since 2018 I have lived without no-foods on a daily basis. After several Medical Medium cleanses, in 2020 I vowed to eat 100% peace-free for 6 months, and have lived fat-free for long periods since, however interrupted by holidays and restaurant visits.
I am a foodie and have always enjoyed cooking and experimenting with new recipes and flavor combinations. So it became a passion for me to make tasty and satiated meals within the framework of the Medical Medium diet.
Today, I'm dedicated to sharing everything from my Medical Medium lifestyle with you, but most of all to provide you with yummy fat-free recipes and give you tips and tricks to stick to a fat-free Medical Medium diet long-term.

My Fat-Free Journey
I tried to be fat-free for 90 days in the summer of 2020, without success. I only reached about 30 days. I usually succeed in the things I set out to do, but sticking to a fat-free diet wasn’t easy at all!
But I’m also stubborn, so I was determined to succeed in being fat-free long term.
During the summer and early fall of 2020, I kept trying to be fat-free. It was a period of many failures, but also a period where I tested a lot of different approaches and strategies to break the nut of being successfully long-term fat-free.
Finally, I narrowed it down to 6 principles for me to succeed in being long-term fat-free…
…and I finally succeeded: From November 2020 to April 2021 I was totally fat-free for 180 days. Yeah!
That's 6 months without avocado, nuts, seeds, cacao, chocolate, peanut butter, tahini, almond butter, lentils, chickpeas / traditional falafels, beans - and of course no oils, radical fats, vegan mayo, etc.
It was hard at first, but my 6 principles gave me the structure, planning, and support I needed to succeed, which made it so much easier.

I love to travel the world with my family and friends. So far I’ve been fortunate enough to visit great parts of Europe, especially France, Greenland, Vietnam, Egypt, Bali, Borneo, Java, Mexico, Cuba, Guadeloupe, and Madeira.
Whenever I’m traveling I document what I eat, so that I can provide other gluten-free plant-based eaters with my experiences to ease their travels. You can find the videos on my YouTube channel on the travel playlist.

I’m a passionate foodie and I love to explore new dishes and foreign cuisines. When I’m traveling I join food tours and cooking classes as much as possible to get the core of the local cuisine.
When I return home I alter the dishes, remove all Medical Medium no-food and fats, and share the recipes on easy-to-follow step-by-step videos on my YouTube channel and bring the world cuisine to you. Fat-Free Medical Medium Cooking Playlist.

Board Game Lover
My family and I like the excitement of a good board game. My husband and I have played with our sons from a young age, and love to play all four of us.
We always bring 2-3 board games whenever we are traveling. The picture is from our trip to Mexico. When the children were younger we enjoyed a game of cards to keep them occupied while waiting for the food to arrive at restaurants.
Some of my favorite board games at the moment are Spirit Island, Libertalia, and Terraforming Mars, but Azul Queens Graden takes the lead as my all-time favorite. Please let me know if you will recommend a good board game.
